Job Description
- Develop product features in accordance with customer requirements
- Actively participate in the certification of HVP VxWorks
- Provide technical leadership to the team
- Take initiative to improve features and processes
- Drive team focus and prioritization
- Identify, communicate, and coordinate inter-team dependencies
ABOUT YOU

- Experience in embedded software development
- Knowledge of DO-178C or ISO 26262 standards
- Experience as a technical hands-on team lead
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to develop product features in accordance with customer requirements
- Seeks opportunities to collaborate between teams
Qualifications
- BSc / MSc degree (Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree).
- Solid understanding of software development methodology
- Minimum 15 - 20 years experience in designing complex software features
- Minimum 8 -1 2 years experience working in a software design , development and Verification Validation role .
- Experience working on DAL A software Cert.
- Solid programming experience in C, C++, and Python
- Strong technical skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong documentation and writing skills
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools and defect tracking tools
- Knowledge or experience as a scrum master is an asset
