Operations Analyst - Technical @ Spinny

Job Description

About the role:

l Vendor Management and Customer handling for walk-ins at workshops.

l Pushing the vendors for the part procurement

l Logistics management in which pick-up and Drop needs to be arranged.

l Close co-ordination with CGT and Technician for the work update, invoice creation, JC closure and car inspection.

l Car work updates need to be shared with the Central Calling and Ops Team.

l 15% travel to OEM and other partner workshop.

Ideal candidate:

An ideal candidate would be hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent automobile technical skills.  Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing the automobile warranty , operations & technical management

Requirements:

-1 to 5 Years of experience in Automobile warranty / technical services

-Graduation degree

-Ability to think creatively about business problems & come with solutions

-Thrive in high pressure environment
