Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary AI/ML Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, architecting scalable and efficient AI/ML platforms across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collaborative development of a Technology strategy, technology architecture and technology roadmap(s) that matches corporate strategy and/or goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI/ML initiatives across domains such as healthcare, finance, eCommerce, and logistics.
- Analyze business problems, identify AI/ML opportunities, and create high-level architectural designs.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
- Guide teams in model selection (e.g., supervised/unsupervised, NLP, vision, deep learning).
- Implement MLOps best practices using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Drive data governance, model explainability, bias detection, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of AI-ML engineers, and developers.
- Ensure high-quality architecture and design documentation, including design patterns, best practices, and technical standards.
- Design and develop software solutions that meet the requirements of our clients using Microsoft technologies, java and Python etc.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and architecture which should be incorporated into SoftProdigy s policies & roadmap
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development with 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java; experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related ML services.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and deploying models in containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, statistics, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Time Series Forecasting.
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AI/ML (AWS/Azure/GCP Machine Learning Specialty).
- Experience with enterprise-scale projects, microservices, and scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
