Role : Senior Consultant/ Consultant

Experience Required: 3-8 years
Work Location: Mysore/ Bangalore (Karnataka)
Shift: Flexible to work in different shifts
Department: Managed Services @AG
Responsibilities:
- Manage change/ service requests coming from end users/clients using ArisGlobal products
- Take complete ownership of change ticket resolution and co-ordinate on maintenance activities of the ArisGlobal Safety system and supporting applications
- To work with various ArisGlobal product & application installation and configuration, data corrections, customizations involving Oracle/Postgre Database scripts or Java Scripts.
- To address the customers on technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of our products.
- To be a point of contact for customers/ stakeholders of Arisglobal
- Work on customer specific or product specific or internal function specific end to end product deployments/upgrades
Prerequisites for the role:
- 3- 8 years of working experience in Software applications ARISg/LSMV or other PV System
- Good knowledge of configuration, E2B Gateway set up, Distribution rules update
- Experience in application support (Level -2), change management, JIRA or other ticketing tools
- Good to have experience in incident or service request management
- Proficient level of working knowledge on writing PL/SQL queries, Jscript, PostgreSQL
- Experience in handling customer interactions, end users over multiple time zones
- Good knowledge on Pharmacovigilance process
- Demonstrate sense of ownership and independent responsibility.
- Exhibit interest towards customer support and customer satisfaction
- Excellent attention-to-detail and communication/ interaction skills
- Good project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and vendor teams, infrastructure teams
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, SQL server
- JIRA, HP ALM, Linux/Unix, XML
- Good to have AWS Basics, AWS RDS
- Application support, Change Management, CSV Process
- Knowledge of CFR Part 11, EMEA Annexe 11 Process
- Experience/Interested in PV, Lifesciences domain
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering - Computer Science / Information Science.
