Job Description

Retrieve the correct medical record of
a patient, review & validate or assign
ICD-10 CM diagnosis codes & HEDIS
measures by following general coding
guidelines, client specifications if any.
Accurately assign ICD-10 CM codes
per patient medical record -
concurrent or retrospective.
Adhere to the standard operating
procedures and instructions related to
the process in coding.
Focused on self-learning and updating
his/herself with the latest updates of
the coding industry.
