Job Description

The Client Success at Ultra is responsible for leading and nurturing relationships with programmatic demand-side clients, including brands and agencies. This role involves co-owning revenue growth alongside the sales team and ensuring that the Client Success team possesses a deep knowledge of client needs and opportunities. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to provide a customer-first perspective and drive impactful client relationships. The resource also works with a high-performing team of Client Success focusing on account strategy, retention, and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive impactful and sustainable client relationships.
  • Co-own account strategy with the sales and agency teams, focusing on relationship management, up-sell, cross-sell, and campaign delivery.
  • Manage client RFIs to ensure clear communication of our solutions and capabilities.
  • Manage account retention and growth plans, revenue and margin management, and up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Drive end-to-end solution management for client campaigns, including pre-sales media planning, onboarding, delivery, optimizations, and post-campaign deliverables.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to drive cross-functional projects for clients.
  • Lead campaign analysis and provide consultative guidance to clients during discussions and reviews.
  • Liaise with third-party partners for technical account management.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ Years of experience in managing / crafting Strategies for multiple Digital Channels to increase ROI
  • Looking for candidates from Digital marketing agencies or candidates who have managed Digital Marketing services only
  • Add on if possess MBA or similar Master's Degree in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in customer success, digital strategy, or account management roles.
  • Expertise in one or more digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights
