Role : Senior Service Delivery Manager


Location : Greater Noida


Role Description


Delivery Manager with hands on experience in managing large team of IMS professionals. The role holder will work closely with respective IMS Tower leads, SMs. (Technical expertise areas)

  • Delivery Management
  • IT operations Management
  • Platforms (Unix, Wintel, Database, Storage,)
  • Networks (Voice and Data)
  • Service Desk
  • Network Operations Centre (NOC)
  • End User computing (AD/Exchange, Office 365 etc.)
  • Proficient in running the BaU services and leading teams

Prior Experience

  • Candidates with a total of 15+ years of experience of which :
  • 10 years or more in IT Infrastructure and SD Delivery Management and support roles

Education BE/B.Tech degree preferred


  • ITSM Expert Certified Professional
  • PMP Certified Project Management Professional Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); capable of writing systems documentation and procedures; a disciplined approach to processes.
  • A can-do and enthusiastic attitude toward work and customers
  • Excellent communications both written and spoken
  • Knowledgeable on common Datacentre and Cloud Technologies
  • Track record of delivering IT infrastructure services within a technically complex and challenging customer environment
  • Ability to understand each service elements as per contract and create and track a plan for meeting these contractual commitments
  • Experience in engaging group of technical teams to deliver services as per stringent KPI/SLA
  • Familiar with best practices and ability to implement continuous service improvements and lead the account through process maturity
  • Deliver continuous service improvements as per contractual commitments
  • Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies (RAID) management
  • Experience in creating service reporting and MI decks for customer and internal meetings Attitude Positive , can handle and work under pressure Reporting structure This roles report in to the Account Delivery Head.
