Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide backend operational support to the business team to ensure seamless execution of processes.
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with channel partners to drive long-term collaboration.
• Effectively address and resolve escalations or concerns raised by channel partners, offering timely and practical solutions.
• Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date records and data systems.
• Coordinate with channel partners to ensure timely invoice processing and payment realization, facilitating smooth financial operations.
• Understand the evolving needs of channel partners and ensure prompt alignment and fulfilment of their operational and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
