Job Description
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, key milestones, and budget/spending.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
- Experience in implementation/ user acceptance testing, testing, or migration of a minimum of 2 (Two) SAP ECC/S4 HANA Implementation/Upgrade projects, including project and program management experience. Experience in Govt/ BFSI sector andbanking domain knowledge in India would be preferred.
- Certification in any one of the modules of the given RFP, i.e., CML/FICO/HCM/TRM/ Risk management/ Project ManagementCertification
