1. Support and Ticket Resolution:
- Provide support for SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and PS (Project System) modules, addressing L1 and L2 level tickets.
- Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues in a timely manner to ensure resolution within defined SLA.
2. Configuration and Enhancement:
- Assist in the configuration and enhancement of SAP PM PS modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
3. User Training and Documentation:
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure efficient use of SAP PM PS functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, SAP Basis, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants to resolve complex issues and implement changes.
5. Change Request Management:
- Evaluate change requests and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Implement approved changes and ensure proper testing and validation.
6. Incident Management:
- Participate in incident management processes, including root cause analysis and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Work closely with the IT Service Desk to ensure accurate and efficient incident logging and tracking.
7. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to enhance system performance.
8. Upgrades and Patch Management:
- Participate in SAP system upgrades and apply patches as needed.
- Ensure compatibility and smooth functioning of SAP PM PS modules after system updates.
9. Adherence to Best Practices:
- Follow SAP best practices and industry standards in the implementation and support of SAP PM PS modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM PS modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP PM PS configuration, business processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to PM PS modules is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
