Responsibilities
Role Objective
To take over the technical lead of our platform as Lead Developer, actively driving architectural decisions and hands-on development. In this role, youll not only be responsible for improving and scaling the current system but also for building and shaping our future tech team as the company grows.
Your contribution will have a direct impact on product quality, team culture, and long-term technical strategy
Development & Innovation
Lead responsibility for implementing and improving frontend solutions using React & Supabase
Active involvement in architectural decisions and code reviews
Continuous optimization of systems for performance, maintainability, and scalability
Team & Leadership
Close collaboration with the development team, including knowledge transfer and support
Taking ownership of leadership tasks (e.g., technical design, mentoring junior developers)
Contributing to the evolution of internal processes and technical standards
Reporting & Communication
Transparent documentation and alignment with internal stakeholders
Open feedback culture and active contribution to product improvement ideas

Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
Several years of professional experience in software development
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Hands-on experience with React (incl. state management, hooks, performance optimization)
Practical experience with Supabase (backend services, authentication, database management)

Independent, goal-oriented approach in a flexible working environment
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and solution-oriented thinking
Team player with leadership potential (e.g., mentoring, knowledge sharing)
Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience with additional frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue) or backend technologies (Node.js, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Background in building scalable web applications
