Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Business Strategy Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Documentation:
Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery and successful outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Perform testing and validation of systems, processes, and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and objectives.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Open To Travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
