Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
