Role Overview
We re looking for a UX Design Lead who s equal parts builder and visionary someone who can lead a growing team of designers, establish best-in-class design processes, and push the boundaries of what modern UX looks like in a GenAI-powered SaaS product. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move fast, design beautifully, and elevate user experiences across multiple products and platforms.
Location : Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
Role : Full-time. Manager - Brand, PR & Community
Key Responsibilities
1) Team Leadership & Design Culture
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 UX/UI and visual designers.
- Set up design systems, workflows, and rituals suited for a fast-scaling startup.
- Drive a culture of user empathy, experimentation, and pixel perfection.
2) AI-Integrated UX & Prototyping
- Deeply integrate AI thinking into design workflows, interfaces, and interaction models.
- Use modern no-code and low-code tools (e.g., Framer, Webflow, Bravo, Figma + plugins) to build and test rapid prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to explore AI-native UX paradigms.
3) UX Excellence & Modern Aesthetic
- Own end-to-end design execution: wireframes, flows, UI, micro-interactions.
- Set a high visual and functional bar on par with top U.S./EU startup design trends.
- Ensure Spyne s suite feels intuitive, modern, and differentiated across web and mobile platforms.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Founders on roadmap planning and execution.
- Advocate for users in all stages of product development and help validate ideas through user research and testing.
- Present design strategies and ideas confidently to stakeholders and leadership.
What We re Looking For
- 6-10 years of hands-on UX/Product Design experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- Experience in fast-paced startups or product-led tech environments.
- Portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class B2B SaaS product design and strong visual polish.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility.
- Experience with AI-first interfaces and rapid design-to-prototype workflows.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Motion, Lottie, or any AI/no-code tools used for design
- productivity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
