Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and enhance overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
  
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
  
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and content structure.
  
• Manage off-page activities such as backlink building, guest posting, and directory submissions.
  
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  
• Collaborate with content, tech, and product teams to implement SEO best practices across new and existing web pages.
  
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
  
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.
  
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript (preferred).
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the LegalTech, FinTech, or service-oriented B2B domain.
  
• Exposure to international SEO strategies (nice to have).
  
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
