Requirements:
Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP projects, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
SAP Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, etc., along with hands-on experience in SAP implementation, customization, and integration.
Project Management Skills : Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Leadership Abilities : Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional project teams, driving consensus, and achieving project objectives in a matrix organization.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
Change Management : Experience in change management methodologies and techniques to facilitate organizational change and adoption of new SAP solutions.
Vendor Management : Previous experience in managing relationships with SAP implementation partners, system integrators, and other third-party vendors.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
