Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Oversee office cleanliness and ensure a conducive working environment.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
3. Communication and Correspondence:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
5. Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
6. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
7) Finacial Management : Manage invoice, PO , Assist in Budget Preparation and expense tracking, Process invoices, reimbursements, and manage petty cash
Qualifications:
1. bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative roles.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
