Key Responsibilities Handling Inbound Enquiries: Responding to inbound leads, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to create tailored proposals. Outbound Reach: Identifying potential clients, initiating communication, and pitching company services/products to generate new business opportunities. Deal Closure: Assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals to drive business growth. Existing Client Requirement Gathering: Engaging with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill them. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
