Job Description
Responsibilities:- As Head Corporate Partnership, the individual will be responsible to represent the organization in the respective regions wherein the primary responsibility would be to raise funds for the organization through Corporate
Roles:
HE/SHE
- Will develop, lead and manage the Corporate Partnership Team to achieve their respective targets
- Will independently generate new business development to ensure that the regional fundraising target is achieved
- Will be expected (along with the Team) to generate business of (in the Financial Year 2019-20) through event sponsorships, cause marketing, pay roll giving, donation drive campaigns and other innovative fundraising means
- Will bring innovation in the current corporate fundraising strategy
- Will be actively involved in research, market trends and competitive analysis
- Will create and drive robust donor servicing and nurturing mechanisms
- Will be the P&L Head of their respective regions- Corporate Partnerships
Required Candidate profile
Desired Profile- Ideally from a Marketing/ Branding/ Communication/ PR background
- Should have good knowledge and experience in B2B sales/concept selling or related field
- Should have an exposure/experience of leading a reasonable large team (direct reportees ) in direct marketing scenario
- He/She should be a peoples person having strong inter-personal skills with an ability to create a cohesive environment
- He/She should have strong leadership abilities, self driven, self motivated, who can inspire other team members
- Preferred background from: FMCG, Telecom, Automobiles, Insurance, Office automation industry, Heading Corporate Partnerships in Fundraising in NGO/ Social Sector
Personality Traits:
- A strong participative leader who can mentor his team and work passionately to raise funds for social causes
- Strong negotiator with good networking skills
- An innovative mind that can think out of the box and generate new ideas
