Your Impact As an Electrical Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining product excellence, from mass production launch to end-of-life. You will:
Manage engineering and supplier changes to enhance product performance.
Drive product quality by collaborating with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Collaborate with component engineering and commodity managers to ensure BOM resiliency.
Contribute to value engineering ideas and execute cost reduction strategies.
Support design teams with product redesign to extend lifecycle using Design for Manufacturability principles.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
4+ years of related experience in electronic manufacturing processes.
Deep understanding of PCB production, SMT process, and ICT.
Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) rules and testing methodologies.
Problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause investigation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of High-Speed Optics equipment.
Experience with complex assembly and system hardware architectures.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work on complex issues requiring technical knowledge and fast decision-making.
Proficient in English for conducting meetings and presentations.
Attitude to work in extended and remote teams.
