Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-


Strategic HR

  • Contributing to the organizational strategic and operational goals with integrated and effective human resources approach
  • Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications and enforcing organization values.
  • Align HR practices to business objectives to provide high quality business partnering support
  • Handle HR Budgeting
  • Formulation and implementation of various policies at different levels

Talent Acquisition

  • Design and development of Talent Acquisition strategy for the company
  • Ensure fulfillment of Talent requirement as per Manpower Requisition within prescribed time

Talent Management

  • Build and implement Talent Management practices & conduct feedback mechanisms for development
  • Handled Performance Management Systems for various levels
  • Conducted Employee Feedback interviews, Stay Interviews & Exit Interviews, analyzed responses for Exit Management

Learning and Development

  • Training need Identification through PMS and launched training programs
  • Nurturing a team of Effective Trainers (internal & external)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary survey and salary structuring and design of market sensitive compensation programs.

Employee Engagement

  • Introduced in-house and outdoor games, initiated performance awards, awards Long-term service, Grievance Handling Cell
  • Maintain cordial relations, prevent and resolve employee issues and address personal issues


Required Candidate profile

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Preferably a Post Graduate Degree in human resources management or business management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment with minimum 10 years of experience.
  • A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organization
  • Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
  • Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
  • Innovative and strategic thinking
  • Result driven to reach ambitious growth.
  • Motivator and team builder
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical ability on complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
