Position: UX LeadLocation: MumbaiPosition Overview: The UX Lead will be responsible for leading the user experience strategy andexecution for Locobuzzs products. This role requires a hands-on approach to design while guiding ateam of UX/UI designers. The ideal candidate will be an expert in user-centered design, focusing oncreating intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Strategy:
Define UX vision; lead and mentor the design team.Develop UX best practices and establish design processes.
Design Execution:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for a consistent user experience.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
User Research Insights:
Lead user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions.Utilize A/B testing to validate and optimize designs.
Collaboration Communication:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designalignment.
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and conduct quality checks duringdevelopment.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for complex
digital platforms, preferably in SaaS.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform
design decisions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders
at all levels.
Good to have:
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML / CSS / JavaScript).Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
