Requirement Analysis of the change requests.
Create High Level Test Specifications and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
Analyze test data and test environments needs.
Create and execute test cases.
Do RCA around raised defects.
Work closely with other stakeholders.
Should be well versed with Testing processes.
