Job Description
Roles Responsibilities
- Communicate with project manager to understand the client s business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the existing applications and effectiveness of its user experience.
- Create and implement interaction models, user flows and UI specifications of the software.
- Design the layout of desktop, mobile and web apps by using prototyping tools.
- Analyse the user interface and experience of competitive products as per the business objectives, client requirements and brand building.
- Optimize the design of product according to the client s needs and improve its usability.
- Identify the issues in the visual content and make the amendments in them accordingly.
- Identify issues in the existing user interface designs and devise elegant solutions.
- Conduct the research to make the user interface more attractive, intuitive and user-centric.
- Analyse and optimize the existing user interface designs.
- Suggest the strategic design ideas related to existing and new functions and features to be integrated in the software.
- Design specific, relevant, original and quality-oriented visual content.
- Design various graphic UI elements like icons, logos, banners, brochures etc.
- Design every kind of visual content using color schemes and impressive fonts.
- Design mockups and prototypes and get them verified from the seniors.
Skill Requirements
- Should have up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Flinto, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Should have an innovative approach to understand the requirements of the clients and design user experience that meet their needs and vision.
- Should have a deep understanding of responsive design layouts.
- Good communication skills to interact with the clients and product manager to brainstorm the design processes and ideas.
- In-depth knowledge of design software like Illustrator, Sketch and Photoshop.
- Must have knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies to design interactive UI / UX.
- Should be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Should have good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently or with minimal guidance.
- Must have a strong portfolio of the designs and layouts.
- Able to convey the message through the images or videos.
- Hands-on experience of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc or InVision.
- Understanding of current UI/UX designing trends to create designs as per the latest industry standards.
- Must have an innovative approach to create designs as per the clients requirements.
- Time management skills to create the designs within a stipulated deadline.
