Data Entry Operator / Data Analyst @ Saket Sen Gupta

Job Description

I am looking for a data entry operator on a full-time basis who know MS. Word, excel & basic computer skills.

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Location: IP Extension, Delhi

Notice period: Immediate joining

Responsibilities

• Collecting and digitizing data based on the instructions provided.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for excel entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete entries
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Keep information confidential
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of the equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements and skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator
• Experience with MS Office and data entries
• Experience using computer, laptop
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000.00 - 15000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift (5 day working)
