Job Description
Role Summary:
This is an entry-level role for detail-oriented individuals focused on supporting product workflows through effective content creation, data research, and content curation. You will be responsible for researching and extracting product details, structuring complex financial data into user-friendly content, and ensuring that our product pages accurately reflect key benefits, fees, and exclusions. This role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals aiming to develop into specialists in digital content management, product analytics, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Accuracy and Data Structuring:
- Research and extract product details (e.g., credit card benefits, fees, exclusions) from official sources such as bank websites, MITC documents, and reputable third-party sites (with proper citations).
- Structure and validate product data to ensure clarity and consistency across all product pages.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for product pages that translates complex financial information into user-friendly language.
- Regularly update and optimize content based on performance analytics and user feedback.
Data Management and Accuracy:
- Manage and verify data uploads to ensure that all product details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify content gaps or inconsistencies and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Collaboration and Optimization:
- Work closely with product managers, QA, and design teams to identify content improvement opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and iterate on formatting and structure to enhance readability and user engagement.
Learning and Growth:
- Continuously upskill in digital content tools, SEO practices, and best-in-class content strategies.
- Demonstrate adaptability in handling diverse tasks ranging from research to content creation.
