Role Overview:
We are looking to onboard energetic and experienced Field Sales professionals in our
Agency Vertical. Candidates will be responsible for driving sales through insurance agents
for Life and Health Insurance products only.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new agents/partners for Life or Health Insurance sales.
Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory.
Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance.
Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
Regular reporting of sales performance and funnel management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, preferably in insurance (Life/Health).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on targets and achieve consistent sales.
Familiarity with the insurance agency network is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
