Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Support project reporting including dashboards, status reports, and resource tracking
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items and follow-ups
Help monitor project risks, issues, and changes, maintaining relevant logs
Maintain the PMO documentation repository and ensure compliance with company standards
Provide administrative support to the Strategic Change Director; Project Managers & Project Owners
Support time tracking and budget monitoring processes
Liaise with UK-based stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in onboarding new project resources and maintaining PMO knowledge repositories
Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and post-project evaluations
