 PMO Analyst

Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Support project reporting including dashboards, status reports, and resource tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items and follow-ups
  • Help monitor project risks, issues, and changes, maintaining relevant logs
  • Maintain the PMO documentation repository and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Change Director; Project Managers & Project Owners 
  • Support time tracking and budget monitoring processes
  • Liaise with UK-based stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in onboarding new project resources and maintaining PMO knowledge repositories
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and post-project evaluations
