We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager Enterprise Sales to drive business growth by leading enterprise solution sales with a solutioning mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to win large B2B clients and strengthen the companys market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive GTM strategy for enterprise sales by identifying, targeting, and converting high-value B2B clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and implementation to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders such as Procurement Heads, Facility/Admin Heads, and C-level executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real-estate players, parking system integrators, and other channel partners.
  • Leverage deep understanding of smart parking, IoT, or PropTech domains to tailor offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for high-value deals (INR 1 Cr+).
  • Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and drive strategic insights.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong solution-selling mindset with a track record of winning large B2B deals.
  • Knowledge of digital and smart parking solutions, cloud platforms, and/or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
