Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints related to banking processes, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Accurate & timely reporting of work results, escalation management, production management, provide on-floor support

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
