Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through calls and job portals
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate records and databases
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on portals
Follow up with candidates and provide updates
Support overall recruitment operations and reporting

Requirements:
Good communication skills (English)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Graduation required; Freshers can apply
Prior internship or interest in recruitment is a plus
