Experience of 11 to14 years in Technical role and hands on Manager only

Demonstrated programming excellence in C, C++ in creating embedded software until becoming a Technical Manager or Engineering Manager

You will beresponsible for a diverse set of responsibilities which involves code reviewsand technical contributions with the developers (for your projects)

Jiraproject management and status reporting to Leadership, Strong in Program,Project Metrics definition and collection (overall planning, estimation, Sprintplanning, etc)

Reviewing and contributing to software architectures, engineering and other delivery excellence work

Support / drive hiringrelevant/right talent, people management (collaborate with TA for activehiring) Prepare and execute

Training cum knowledge development programs foryour projects and practice

Ability to manage and execute based on the teamprovided to you
- Discuss directly with client on project and negotiating onwork estimates and deliverables
