Job Summary:

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the global market presence of Company HVAC & Cleanroom solutions. This role involves managing international sales operations, identifying and engaging with prospective overseas clients, building distributor/agent networks, and ensuring business growth in targeted regions. The candidate must have deep knowledge of HVAC & cleanroom systems along with a strong understanding of global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Drive international business development and sales of HVAC and cleanroom solutions in assigned territories (East Africa, West Africa, and Middle East).

2) Identify, engage, and develop new clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries.

3) Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, deal closures and coordination with the client in case of any after sales service required.

4) Understand client requirements, prepare techno-commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and design teams.

5) Represent the company in international trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote product offerings and capabilities.

6) Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agents, and channel partners in the target regions.

7) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimize market penetration.

8) Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

9) Collaborate with internal departments for timely execution of international projects post order confirmation.

10) Ensure compliance with international business norms, documentation, and export regulations.


Qualifications :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
  • MBA in International Business or Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in international sales, with a strong focus on HVAC & cleanroom, pharma or pharma product and machinery lines or similar industrial engineering solutions.
  • Experience dealing with pharmaceutical, biotech, or clean manufacturing industries in international markets with good contacts in international market.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of HVAC & cleanroom systems and global regulatory norms (GMP, ISO, FDA, WHO).
  • Ability to prepare and present detailed technical and commercial offers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and international business communication tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker with leadership qualities.

Note :- Candidate must have experience into HVAC Cleanroom in Pharmaceutical sector/

industry.
