Job Description

The primary role of a Junior Research Fellow is to assist in research activities under the guidance of a Principal Investigator (PI) or a senior researcher. They work on specific research projects and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their respective fields.

Some key responsibilities of a JRF include:

Research Work: Conduct literature reviews, experimental work, data collection, and data analysis as part of the research project.Project Assistance: Assist the PI or senior researchers in project planning, design, and execution.Data Interpretation: Analyze research data and interpret the results to draw meaningful conclusions.

Report Writing: Prepare research reports, papers, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to the research team and stakeholders.Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest developments and advancements in the field of research.Proposal Writing: Contribute to writing research proposals to secure funding for future projects.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other researchers and team members to share knowledge and insights.Compliance: Ensure that research work is conducted in adherence to ethical guidelines and research protocols.Professional Development: Attend seminars, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and research skills.
