Role Snapshot:
Were on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us craft purposeful digital experiences
Youll contribute across the full design process ? from research to polished UI ? collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on project experience and a strong foundation in design principles
What Youll Do:
Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate user research and product requirements into functional, impactful design solutions
Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure seamless execution
Maintain design documentation ? style guides, component libraries, and systems
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table
What Were Looking For:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design
Basic understanding of graphic tools and layout techniques
A strong eye for detail and love for clean, modern interfaces
Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
Strong visual design skills with a solid foundation in UI/UX best practices
A strong portfolio showcasing functional, elegant, and user-focused design work
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or AI-integrated UI
Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the Indore office for special occasions)
