You will be responsible for:
Retention of existing users and help create further growth opportunities.
Enhance product usage by providing training, on-site support, and continuous engagement with the users to apprise them about the product features and new enhancements.
Gather user feedback and pass to the product management team for generation of new product development ideas.
Relationship building at various level to explore new opportunities as well as gather intelligence on competitive landscape and activities at the customer organisation.
