Job Description

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Chat Process) to join our support team. In this role, you will assist B2B clients via live chat (Intercom) by addressing queries related to inventory, product availability, order tracking, and more. Youll coordinate with internal teams and ensure a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer queries via chat (Intercom).
  
• Resolve issues related to inventory, product availability, and order status.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams like logistics and inventory.
  
• Maintain records and update CRM/ticketing tools.
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively in written English.
  
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely and courteous responses.
  

Requirements:

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  
• Any graduate (Commerce, Business, Operations preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Ability to multitask, manage chat volume, and resolve issues quickly.
  
• Knowledge of inventory or customer service tools (CRM, Excel) is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and client-first mindset.
