Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Assistance: Guide prospective students through the application process by explaining admission requirements, deadlines, and necessary documents. Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient application submission.
  • Document Management: Collect, review, and verify application documents such as transcripts, recommendation letters, test scores, and personal statements. Ensure that all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, answering their inquiries via phone, and email.
  • Admission Criteria Evaluation: Assist in evaluating applications against the institution's admission criteria. Collaborate with admission officers or committees to review and assess applicants based on academic qualifications, extracurricular activities, and other relevant factors.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter applicant information into the admissions database accurately and efficiently. Maintain applicant records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and conducting admission-related events, such as information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment fairs. Provide logistical support, coordinate schedules, and facilitate a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on admission statistics, including applicant demographics, conversion rates, and yield rates.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with admission counselors, enrollment managers, and other administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions process. Collaborate on projects, share updates, and contribute to team goals.

Education:

  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate (any stream) and/or experience in the relevant field.

Skill Sets & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
