Job Overview
An excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to develop their career in the exciting arena of Interior Designing. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be required to create and present interior designing concepts in response to client needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule Managing all technical aspects of a project, collaborating with the project managers and design team members on design presentations, as well as project concepting, development, and execution.
- They should be adept at space planning, finish selection, product/furniture specification, and budgeting.
- Guiding the designers for design direction, technical issues, material application Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Should be creative and innovative in terms of form, functionality, design and colors.
- Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures.
- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Provides follow-up support with clients.
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or Hospitality Design.
- Have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
- Have excellent Autocad skills, 3DS Max and Sketchup skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter.
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure.
