Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Closer to join our home automation team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for technology, proven high-ticket sales experience, and the ability to effectively close deals. In addition to converting leads, the Sales Closer will also identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and revenue.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, services, and accessories that complement the customers initial purchase.
Leverage customer interactions to recommend bundled offerings that enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
Conduct detailed product demonstrations to explain how our systems integrate security, lighting, HVAC, and other smart devices.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
Preferred but Not Mandatory:
Experience in selling to homeowners, real estate developers, or interior designers.
Understanding of home automation installation and cross-system integrations.
