Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with minimum 3 years of Scrum experience and at least 1 year working in a SAFe Agile environment. Prior experience in eCommerce is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  
• Guide and coach the team on Scrum practices and SAFe Agile principles
  
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
  
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is refined and prioritized
  
• Ensure team adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  
• Coordinate with other teams and Scrum Masters in a scaled agile environment
  
• Drive the delivery of sprint goals and ensure project timelines are met
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of overall experience in IT or project coordination roles
  
• Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
  
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in SAFe Agile environments
  
• Experience in eCommerce or web-based platforms (minimum 1 year preferred)
  
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and team collaboration skills
  
• Excellent planning, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  
• Comfortable working in hybrid team environments (onsite + remote)
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to diverse technology stacks and enterprise-scale projects
  
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  
• SAFe certification (preferred)
