Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. AWH / Journal /PIN CNC Grinding machines- Micromatioc /Fortuna/PMT/TOYODA

• Work head belt, bearings replacement
• Spindle & Hydrostatic Guide ways checking ,dresser axis alignment checking
• Tailstock checking
• Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance
• Backlash checking & adjustment

1. VMC/HMC machines- AMS/BFW/HAAS/DMG

• Ball screw & bearings replacement
• Drawbar maintenance
• Spindle Orientation setting, ATC alignment & setting parameter
• CAM box checking, cam & follower bearing replacement
• Index table alignment checking
• Backlash checking & adjustment
• Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance

1. Gear Hobbing Machine: Mitsubishi/Pfauter/Gleason

• Arbor checking & bearings replacement
• Table( C-axis) checking
• Backlash checking & adjustment
• Ball screw & bearings replacement
• Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance

1. Fanuc 0i-MB/MC/TB/TC and Siemens control can able to operate
2. ABRO balancing machine
3. Super finishing machine
4. Shall be working in shift duty

For Electrical Engineer following knowledge and experience is must:

1. Cylinderical/AWH Grinding machines- Micromatic/Fortuna/PMT
2. Induction Hardening machine- Maintenance of generator panel/Control card/Power panel
3. CNC Turning/VMC/HMC machines- AMS/BFW/HAAS
4. Siemens sinumerik 840D, 802D, 810D control- Parameters setting/input output checking/ Wiring tracing
5. Fanuc 0i-MB/MC/TB/TC control - Parameters setting/input output checking/ Wiring tracing/Back-up loading
6. Delta/ Siemens S7200/300/400 -PLC logic modification, Back-up downloading & uploading, Trouble shooting
7. HT/LT knowledge & work experience

Education - BE- Electrical, Diploma Electrical

Experience - 8 to 10 years in Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Auto Component industry
