Role and Responsibilities:
- Deal with the HNI client that is the ( High profile clients) & has
to sell ULIP product.
- Recruit and train distributors.
- Organize and run recruitment events for distributors
- Continuous training and motivating the team to drive ULIP business.
- Attend joint field work and help the distributors whenever needed.
