Should be flexible for Night Shift. Job Responsibilities:Provide exceptional support with superior communication and listening skills
Troubleshoot customer issues with strong technical and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

De-escalate customer frustrations with empathy and professionalism
Manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently
Make sound decisions and adapt quickly to changes
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every touchpointPrimary Skills: Strong knowledge of customer service operations and business processes
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Flexible and dependable to support 24x7 operations including night shiftsNote:
