Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries and sales-related interactions via chat.
  
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customers.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Achieve sales targets through high-quality service and customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
  
• Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
  
• Skills Required:
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
