IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for HR Testing Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • As an HR Testing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing activities within the Human Resources (HR) domain
  • This role involves collaborating with HR business stakeholders, understanding testing requirements, developing test strategies, and leading a team of testers to ensure the quality and reliability of HR software applications and systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with HR business users and analysts to gather and analyze testing requirements
  • Understand HR processes, functionalities, and software applications
  • Test Planning:Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for HR testing activities
  • Define testing strategies for different types of HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll
  • Test Case Design:Lead the creation of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on HR business requirements
  • Ensure thorough coverage of HR processes and functionalities in test documentation
  • Test Execution:Oversee the execution of test cases by coordinating with testing teams
  • Monitor and report on test progress, including test execution status, defect tracking, and test coverage
  • Defect Management:Manage the identification, logging, and tracking of defects
  • Collaborate with development and HR teams to facilitate defect resolution
  • Automation Testing:Evaluate the feasibility of automation testing for HR systems
  • Lead the implementation of automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency
  • Performance Testing:Plan and execute performance testing for HR systems to ensure scalability and responsiveness
  • Address performance bottlenecks and optimize HR applications
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Coordinate and support HR business users during UAT
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and ensure alignment between HR requirements and system functionalities
  • Regression Testing:Develop and implement regression testing strategies to ensure that HR software updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities
  • Automate regression testing where applicable
  • Reporting and Communication:Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to HR and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between testing timelines and overall project timelines
