Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment & Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of recruitment tools is a plus.
