Salary:

Freshers - Up to 26,000 CTC + Incentives

Experience - Up to 28,000 CTC + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats/emails from customers across various regions.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex queries to relevant departments while ensuring follow-up.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing products, processes, and systems as per business needs.
