Location: Mumbai & Hyderabad(Hybrid-2 days from office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Kellanova's Xtel application, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and stability.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application support.
- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
