Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have skills in Excel.
Day to day MIS follow up.
Prepare the report & handle the operation related query with TAT.
Will take responsibility of handling front desk (Reception) .
Query - Inbound Calls
Resolve the issues and escalated issues by interacting with concerned in HO and informing to clients.
Client Master Changes data updation (CMC).
